Phobias
When a phobia you have is ruining your life its time to give hypnotherapy a try. In my experience 90% of phobias can be improved or even cured with hypnotherapy. I use a combination of techniques to reprogram the old responses so that a new more healthier response can be used instead. Treatments are usually only 1-2 sessions on average and sometimes can be tested at the time of therapy!
Phobias are usually formed by a one off experience that happened when you were younger that got locked in your subconscious mind. The memory was remembered and stored in the forefront of your mind for easy access and not forgotten like most other learning curves. When ever the phobic thinks about a similar experience the same panic or dread that occurred the first time rears and the person is immobilized by fear.
Here is a picture of Janice who had a life long terrifying phobia of snakes, holding a snake after just over an hours therapy.
It's hard to believe but hypnotherapy can be this effective! The beauty of my therapy is that it combines many facets instead of only having one way and if that doesn’t suit the client and then that’s tough luck. Your phobia is extremely annoying to you and is affecting some area of your life.
