One 2 One Therapy
I am available for personal one to one sessions as part on the Platinum package. I aim to give you the highest level of attention and care. I take time to get to know you, to listen to your problems and to help you achieve your goals. I guarantee you will benefit from my one to one therapy. I am based in Stockton on Tees, I am available for one to one sessions around the North East of England including areas such as Middlesbrough, Darlington, Hartlepool, Ingleby Barwick and Yarm. I often see clients from Newcastle, Sunderland, Leeds and York. I am a certified hypnotherapist & psychotherapist I can help with stress management, curing and treating phobias and curing depression. I can also treat clients who wish to quitting smoking, weight loss and bullying in the workplace.
For those wanting to see me personally you will find my fees very reasonable. I believe in giving a very good personal experience without the need for a bank loan. My goal is to make my therapy affordable to everyone, not just to those who are wealthy. Most first sessions are an hour and half and subsequent sessions are an hour.

Due to the nature of my therapy the length of time needed to help a client is reduced. Traditionally therapy can be months or even years to treat a client. I find the typical time span for the majority of my clients is 3 sessions only. I ask you to think about how much the problem you have is costing you now both emotionally and financially and then think about what I charge. I’m sure you’ll see there’s no comparison in cost. I believe in teaching my clients the the necessary skills to deal with the future. When a client leaves they know the cause of the problem and they will have the tools to deal with future challenges. Coming to see me isn't just about coming for therapy, its about taking control of your life!
