Mental Health
Mental health
can be defined by an absence of negative thoughts in a person’s daily
mindset. It can be thought as a way of thinking which is both wise and
rational which brings about a feeling of peace. An absence of those
attributes causes the conscious mind to become the greater part of the
thought process and that’s where the trouble begins. It is in my experience
where most problems begin. Most problems start when a person allots too much
responsibility to the conscious mind and moves away from the wise internal
knowing of the subconscious mind.
Signs of a poor mental health is as follows:

-
Stressful feelings in the body
-
Headaches every day or throughout the week
-
Negative feelings lasting more
than a day
-
Panic attacks and palpitations
-
Aggressiveness and over snappiness
-
Paranoid thinking
-
Obsessive thoughts
-
Suicidal thoughts
-
Recurring negative thoughts of past events in your
life
-
Compulsive behaviour
-
Long lasting unhappiness
-
Depressive thinking and behaviour
-
Violent thought patterns and behaviour
If you can relate to any of these
symptoms you are almost certainly experiencing some form of poor mental
health. Do not despair though these symptoms can be cured or improved by
understanding and applying the simple strategies and philosophies that are
outlined in The Principles of Life book. These symptoms are caused in my
experience by the over involvement of conscious mind thoughts which block
the normal healthy functioning of human awareness.
To put it bluntly the person who is
suffering from some of these symptoms has believed the chatter of the
conscious mind and it’s over analysis tendencies and the thoughts have
become over exaggerated and blown out of proportion. If a person continues
this over analysis procedure the more stressed the brain feels and the more
likely these symptoms will occur. You could say that all of the above
symptoms are caused by an over load of negative thoughts.
This negative state can be vastly
improved by either seeing myself personally for thought re-training or
buying The Principles of Life book which explains the technique in detail.
Your mental health can be improved you just need to know how to do it in
order for it to happen. Thought re-training although simple is very powerful
and it has an immediate effect on the mental state of a person where they
begin to feel freedom from their own negative thoughts. Thought re-training
can be learned and used straight away in a matter of minutes.
I
am a firm believer in the power of music in its ability to help in the
reduction of stress. I have found that certain types of music have a
definite effect on our mood and our emotions. Over the years I have tried
and tested many audio CD’s. Listed
HERE are the ones I have found
the most beneficial to myself and my clients in helping to reduce stress and
improve mental health.
